Overall the course exceeded my expectations. The new proposed format (participants introducing a topic/concept and the experts answering questions and presenting the topic from their perspective) ensured achievement of the course objectives and increased participants' engagement. The level of the speakers was generally very good
The learning objectives were achieved through very professional and experienced based presentations by the guest speakers, at least in most of the cases. The space given to participants to discuss, ask and debate on topics of interest was the crucial part of the success. Case studies were very helpful
Good balance between presentations/panels and practical activities. Participation of relevant actors in the development of the real activities, thus great link between theoretical aspects and real application of them. Very efficient balance between the duration of the course and the contents offered
I firmly believe that all the participants have acquired the basic knowledge of the CSDP procedures and the stimulus to deal with this issue further. So the final goal of the CSDP Orientation Course which was, to support EU Member States and EU Institutions and Agencies in training own personnel in order to be able to work in CSDP- related fields at operational and strategic level, was achieved.
I found the course very useful and the speakers highly competent. It helped me get a better understanding of how the integrated approach works and how the EU GS is being implemented
