ESDC’s pilot edition of the Diplomatic Skills course for CSDP missions took place in Timisoara, Romania, from 21-25 June 2021 and was organised by West University of Timisoara and Romanian MFA under the aegis of ESDC. The organisers and lecturers encouraged the active participation of the participants, while most presentations had a high level of interactivity and involvement. This activity is the first one (the basic level) related to Diplomatic Skills & CSDP missions, while the (next level) Advanced Diplomatic Skills course is envisaged for late October in Brussels, Belgium.
