ESDC, EUMS and CPCC launching the 2019 Annual Training and Education Conference
The European Security and Defence College (ESDC) has just kick started its annual training and education conference along with EUMS and CPCC. The head of the College Mr Dirk Dubois inaugurated the conference and passed the floor to the Director of EUMS Lt Gen Esa Pulkkinen.
