The Contribution of Cyber in Hybrid Conflict, 12-16/09/2022, Helsinki, Finland

Last week, the European Defence Agency (EDA) in collaboration with the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (HybridCoE) hosted the pilot course “The Contribution of Cyber in Hybrid Conflict” in Helsinki.

The course aimed to educate participants about key elements of cyber defence and hybrid threats, and to provide them with training to enable them to address the implications of the intersection of cyber threats and hybrid campaigns. Additionally, the course provided specialised and non-specialised participants with opportunities for networking and an exchange across communities in both learning sessions and an exercise part exploring the dynamics of cyber-hybrid interactions.
