‘Training and education are key tools to be used in supporting the implementation of the new CSDP Civilian Compact. Training civilian experts, military personnel and diplomats by further developing their understanding of the Common Security and Defence Policy of the European Union is essential to create a platform designed to further and harmonise cooperation among people working in the field of CSDP with different experience and expertise to share.
