Intelligence Security in the EU : Challenges and Opportunities , IHEDN , 23-25 November 2021, Brussels
On 23 November 2021 the French Institute for Higher National Defense Studies (IHEDN) with support from the European Security and Defence College (ESDC), opened a pilot activity in Brussels, “Intelligence security in the EU: challenges and opportunities”.
During the three days of training the 25 participants from the EU Member States will be given the opportunity to benefit from the expertise of various representatives and specialists from EU institutions and Member States on intelligence security risks and opportunities.
The aim with the interactive training will increase participants’ understanding of: the diversity of intelligence challenges, from an historical approach to the last technological progress ; the cooperation already existing within Europe but also with NATO and how to improve its effectiveness; the day-to-day way to better protect information and data.
